Muse was inspired by the quintessential style icon, who mixes and matches pieces to be unique. With this collection, the female shape was accentuated with harem pants; color mixed with an armor of gold embroidery to add a cool, modern spin to Eastern wear. Pleated midi-length shirts kept the mood seductive. Cut in classic and contemporary silhouettes, the collection was based in silks and embellished with paillets, beads, pearls, and laces.

All around the world, Fashion designers are making it easy to carry different types of clothing styles in a season. Fashion designing is becoming a rapidly growing field in the world of style and fashion. In this way, the competition among the Fashion designers is also increasing tremendously.  

In Pakistani Fashion industry too, there is large a number of shining and emerging Fashion designers & brands. One of them is the Fashion brand Muse; launched in early 2009 by Moeed Yousaf. Muse is a fresh & up-to-date women’s wear fashion clothing line. The philosophy behind the Fashion brand Muse is to make clothes with modern lines using comfortable fabrics; also hand-embellished with motifs influenced by present-day designs. The idea of launching Fashion brand Muse was born in Paris, with an aspiration to bring a novel aesthetic to Pakistan. Muse was actually inspired by the Parisian women and the sophistication in their Fashion style. Upon his return to the country, Moeed Yousaf teamed up with Indus Valley graduate Faryal Aftab as co-creative director. Then both the creative people launched their flagship Muse outlet in Lahore and later in Karachi at the Pakistan Fashion Design Council multi brand retail outlet.  They have planned to launch in Islamabad as well.

,Fashion brand Muse showcased their Autumn/Winter 2010/2011 women’s wear Prêt a Porter collection at PFDC Sunsilk Fashion week 2010. The inspiration behind the collection is the aesthetic of the 1940’s era which favored tailored separates, high-waist pants and skirts and glamorous belted dresses. Fashion brand Muse has updated this aesthetic with the use of intricate embroideries and lace to give an edgier and more romantic feel. Their collection is based in a diversity of silks, cottons and wools and embellishments are found in pearls and laces.

The aim of Fashion brand Muse is to produce timeless pieces that are unique, painstakingly stitched by a handful of skilled craftsman and worked and reworked over weeks and weeks. Fashion brand Muse is a good addition in the Pakistani Fashion Industry with new ideas & limits (or no limits).
